DCHS Choir Staff

Mrs. Jennifer Pollard is the Choir Accompanist/Assistant at Decatur Central High School, and has been part of the team since 2017.  Prior to coming to DCHS, she was a staff accompanist at Butler University and Anderson University.  She has been playing piano since first grade, nurtured and encouraged by her parents and grandparents.

 

She graduated from Butler University with departmental honors in music education, and has a masters degree in Christian education from Christian Theological Seminary.  She has played piano and percussion in pit orchestras for multiple musicals at Indianapolis Civic Theater, Footlite Musicals, and the Belfry Theater, in addition to being the music director for a few productions. She also plays percussion with the White River Wind Symphony and the White River Chamber Orchestra.

 

Mrs. Pollard lives in McCordsville with her husband, Rod.  When she is not at DCHS, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
